Registration Cancellation/Refund Policies
10% of the registration fee you paid will be charged at the time of refund, and the amount you receive may vary slightly due to exchange rates. All requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than September 9th, 2026. No refunds will be made after this date.
*All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email to waser@iwhr.com.
After 11:59 PM China Standard Time (UTC+8) on September 9th 2026, registration fees are non-refundable.
No-shows (registrants who do not attend) will not receive refunds.
All attempts will be made to process refunds within 60 days of cancellation. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type.
* Only cancellations made in writing will be accepted.

The conference will refund registration fees to prepaid participants who cancelled their registration in the amount of the refund based on the date of cancellation.
